The website https://www.portersprogressuk.org is owned and operated by Porters’ Progress UK (us” or “we”). We are a charity registered in England and Wales with charity number 1112943. Our registered address is 93 Gloucester Road Hampton TW12 2UW.
Porters’ Progress UK (PPUK) works in partnership with remote porter communities in Nepal and other mountainous regions of the world to create lasting improvements in their quality of life.

We take your right to privacy very seriously and respect any personal information you share with us and endeavour to keep it safe, whatever your relationship is with us.  Importantly we want you to know that we will not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Who has access to your data

Our Trustees may have access to your data and sometimes we may pass your data to third parties when they are working on our behalf. For example, when we send out mailings use Vertical Response Email Marketing and they host our mailing database, They have their own strict privacy policies. However in our dealings with Vertical Response we will only provide the information they need to deliver the relevant service, and we make sure that your data is treated with the same level of care as if we were handling it directly.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply any agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Porters’ Progress UK or others.
